The Cottage at Holiday Brook Farm is a gorgeous place to spend the month, week or a mini-break weekend. Centered in the heart of a real, working farm there are miles of wooded trails and farm roads right outside the door. Located just outside of Pittsfield, you are less than fifteen minutes away from a bustling city where you can enjoy the day at the Berkshire Museum or explore Hancock Shaker Village, take in a show at Tanglewood or see what’s new at MassMOCA.

Our Rates (subject to change) are as follows:

Off Peak

• Weekly: (6 nights/7 days) $1100/wk, add an extra night for only $150/night
• Week-end: (or 2 nights) $600 extra night $150
• Off Peak monthly rates, please call for details.

Peak

• July & August  (2 week min.) $2600/2wk
• Holiday vacation (this includes Thanksgiving, Christmas,  Presidents week)  $1700/week (6 nights/7 days)
• Holiday Weekends (Labor, Memorial, Columbus) $1000/3 day min.
• Peak season monthly  $4,800

Rates are based on 10 person occupancy and a $50/per person overage fee applies for more than 10 people. Reservation deposit of 10% (min. $100) required. Check in 2pm, check out 11am. In addition there is a $150 per stay cleaning charge for weekends and weeklong stays. This fee is waived for monthly stays.
