The Cottage at Holiday Farm is a gorgeous place to spend the month, week or a mini-break weekend. Centered in the heart of a real, working farm there are miles of wooded trails and farm roads right outside the door. You can partake in educational activities happening on the farm, schedule horse-back riding, enjoy seasonal sports activities from cross-country skiing to mountain biking or you can simply relax as you take in the breath-taking views.
Located just outside of Pittsfield, you are less than fifteen minutes away from a bustling city where you can enjoy the day at the Berkshire Museum or (a little further out) explore Hancock Shaker Village, take in a show at Tanglewood or see what’s new at MassMOCA. Our Rates are as follows (subject to change, please note that the following is based on 10 person occupancy and a $50/per person overage fee would apply for more than 10 people):
Sept-June:
- Weekly: (6 nights/7 days) $1000/wk, add an extra night for only $150/night
- Week-end: (Fri & Sat night) $500/1st night, 2nd night is $300
- Weekday: (Sun-Thurs night)$300/1st night, subsequent nights are $200
July & August & Holiday vacation(this includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Presidents Day and all School vacations):
- Weekly (6 nights/7 days) $2000/wk, add an extra night for only $300/night
- Week-end: (Fri & Sat night) $875/1st night, 2nd night is $625
- Weekday: (Sun-Thurs night)$600/1st night, subsequent nights are $400
We also accept bookings by the month, dependent upon availability, please call for details.
Reservation Deposit of 10% (min. deposit $100) required. Check in 2pm, check out 11 am.
